Bruce LaBruce is a filmmaker, photographer, writer, pornographer, and artist based in Toronto but working internationally. Along with a number of short films, he has written and directed 15 feature films and has published various books of prose as well as photography.
When not prancing around the globe shooting or exhibiting his films and photos, LaBruce enjoys reading, yoga, and of course watching movies and binging TV series — especially, but not exclusively, Asian zombie shows. He also enjoys long walks with friends, cycling, dining out, and sexual adventurism. As a sexual fetishist, he has a penchant for zombies, skinheads, monks, revolutionaries, and hustlers, especially if they exhibit a shaved head and big feet.
